Our History
The Creative Thinkers Forum (TCTF) operates in a densely populated slum area primarily inhabited by migrant families from Bihar, Eastern Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, and Assam. The community faces socio-economic challenges, including limited access to healthcare, education, and sustainable livelihood opportunities. Most residents work as daily wage laborers, rickshaw pullers, factory workers, or hawkers, struggling to meet basic needs.
TCTF identified critical gaps in education and health, such as the absence of pre-school facilities, high dropout rates among children, and inadequate menstrual hygiene practices among adolescent girls. In response, TCTF has developed holistic programs focusing on education, skill development, and health awareness to empower children, youth, and women, aiming to break the cycle of poverty.
